You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your z444 Account credentials, including your username and password. z444 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials. You must notify z444 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
You may request closure of your z444 Account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Any real-money Balance remaining in a closed Account will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of KYC verification, subject to any outstanding wagering requirements on Bonus Funds.
z444 operates a mandatory age verification process for all registered accounts. No withdrawal will be processed from any Account that has not completed KYC verification. z444's KYC process requires submission of the following documentation:

An Account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve consecutive months is considered dormant. z444 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts, subject to advance notice being provided to the registered email address.
